Seems VoMiT are releasing a title thats a bit higher in the production value of things with this film titled “The Deal”. Seems to have a fairly high profile cast as well. Might be worth checking it out, enjoy another release from my current favourite group — The all honourable VoMiT 
Quality: As with most VoMiT releases this is a top notch 700mb rip. I really did wish some of their obscure Z-grade films came out in 720p though just so I could say “Guess What? I have such and such release in Hi-def. How bad ass is that!?!”. I’ll stop rambling now before I truly lose my mind :/

Alvin and the Chipmunks are making a come back it would seem thanks to the live action movie that was released a little over a year ago. I remember watching the cartoon series when it aired on TV and the STV releases that came out during the 90s. This looks to be 6 episodes from the 83-90s TV series back to back. Here is a pretty higly rated (IMDB) Limited movie release by ARROW. Though I have never heard of this before, I do know of some of the actors.
Quality: This looks like a good rip with both the audio and video being great quality as it is on 2CD’s.
Synopsis: After recovering from their wounds in the Iraq War, three soldiers are sent back to the United States. Sgt. T.K. Poole (Michael Pena) and Pvt. Colee Dunn (Rachel McAdams) are given a 30-day leave, and Sgt. Fred Cheever (Tim Robbins) is retiring. The three soldiers now have a new mission. T.K is going home to visit his fiancée, Colee is going to return her boyfriend’s guitar to his family after he saved her life, and Fred is going home to his wife in St. Louis. When they arrive at JFK Airport in New York, all fights have been canceled, because of a blackout. The three decide to rent a van and drive to St. Louis, and once there, T.K. and Colee can catch a plane to Las Vegas. This was released before the TV mayhem hit so it was missed. This looks like a nice family film if you have kids. The synopsis for this film sounds a little like 1996 movie Fly Away Home. I don’t like Fly Away Home because that movie traumatized when I was a wee lad. I don’t think this movie will be that bad

People just can’t get enough of Cape No. 7. The highest grossing local film in Taiwan’s history, Cape No. 7 is now a cultural phenomenon, and only has Titanic’s record left to conquer at the Taiwanese box office. The film’s popularity is not hard to understand; it’s rousing and funny, and features situations and characters that are commercial and pleasing. However, the narrative doesn’t run that deep, and the central love story is not very effective. Director Wei Te-Sheng assembles some very enjoyable elements, but there are issues that prevent Cape No. 7 from being a masterpiece worthy of its otherworldly box office numbers. Taking place in the seaside town of Hengchun, the story concerns an upcoming concert from Japanese pop crooner Kousuke Atari. The organizers want to provide a local act to warm up the crowd, but they lack a band worthy of opening for the star. The town representative (Ma Ju-Lung) refuses to outsource, though. Thanks to his determination and exceptional skill at loudly berating others, the town holds an open audition to find its own representative band. Among the disparate locals who join up are traffic cop and ex-SDU member Rauma (Min-Hsiung), his father Olalan (Bjanav Zenror), teen church pianist Dada (Mai Tzu), and dorky mechanic Frog (Ying Wei-Min). The nominal leader is Aga (singer Van), the town representative’s stepson and a former rocker who’s bitter from his failure to make it on the Taipei music scene. Everyone seems to be chasing Mona Hsia-Hwang. The opening scene has her being pursued a cornered by a cop, who molests her with his pistol. Mona tends to the bodily functions of her sick and elderly husband Hwang Fei Hung. Fei Hung has a heart condition, and is under medical orders to avoid excitement. But, with a wife as luscious as Rena M, how is this possible ?! And he’s a lecherous old bastard, always pitifully begging Mona for sex. It doesn’t take a genius to work out that Mona can’t wait for the old guy to pass away and get his money. She even has a go at convincing Fei Hung’s attorney Mr Chen to reveal the terms of the old guy’s will, by removing her stockings and proving that she wore no knickers. Yet another man is after Mona. Chiu is a tough cop (and a very nasty piece of work) who used to be Mona’s protector, and he wants her back, though it’s pretty clear he only wants the money she’d inherit.

Chris, a claustrophobic architect does it in the hope of saving his fiance whos dying of terminal cancer. Sue, a nutritionist visiting Thailand from Hong Kong does it to save her own life after being diagnosed with a lethal brain tumor - one week before her wedding.

Plot/Synopsis
Fai (Intira Charoenpura) is a girl who’s mysteriously connected to the number “6″, which is related to her bad luck. On the night before her 24th birthday (2+4 = 6) , her friends come to celebrate. Ong (Watcharachai Sataphitak), one of her friend who has the knowledge of horoscope finds the snake star in the sky, which rarely appears in rainy season.
